38. The award is binding on the parties, final, without appeal, and enforceable in accordance with articles 645 and 646 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01).
Articles 642, 643, and 644 of the Code of Civil Procedure apply, with the necessary modifications, to an arbitration held pursuant to this Regulation.
